Privacy Policy

Updated 10 October 2026. Balance is an exercise and habit tracker provided by Simplified7. Coins are virtual rewards and have no cash redemption in this release. There are no payments or betting.

Information We Save

When you sign in, we save your account identifier, name and email through Firebase Authentication. We save the profile name you choose, your conversion rates, dated rate changes and targets, and the exercises, amounts, dates and points that you log. We also save tasks, their areas, periods, targets, reported amounts, statuses and optional notes. If you import a task history, its original reports and earlier updates stay linked to your account. Supported imported activity amounts contribute points through dated calendar entries. Weekly reports use Saturday; larger-period remainders are labelled summary entries. These assigned reporting dates do not claim exact daily completion times. Google sign-in shares your basic account profile with the app. Email passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication; Balance does not store plaintext passwords.

Why We Use It

We use this information to sign you in, calculate progress and virtual coins, restore your account and synchronize progress across the website and Android app. Logging is optional. We do not request camera, location, contacts, Health Connect or body sensor access.

Service Providers

Google Firebase provides authentication and database storage. Cloudflare serves the website. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and security or service logs under their policies. For questions about saved information, open Help & FAQs. Balance does not include advertising or analytics SDKs.

Shared Finance Readiness

If you save finance readiness answers through your signed-in S7 account, Google Firebase stores six coded responses for reuse in later goal plans. You can review and update them in the blueprint workspace. Account options exports these answers and deletes them when you delete your account. The shared JSON export excludes any saved Finance profile photo by default. You must select “Include my Finance profile photo in this export” to include the separately stored photo in the downloaded file. Inheritance and will-workspace information is excluded unless you separately select “Include my inheritance and will workspace in this export”. Account deletion removes the separate photo and inheritance workspace before other saved records; a failure stops further deletion. This choice resets when the signed-in account changes and does not alter or delete the saved photo. Submitted blueprint requests remain separate records; see the S7 privacy policy.

Storage And Your Choices

Your account and logged progress remain stored until you delete them or request deletion. Signing out keeps cloud data for your next visit. A sign-in session may remain on your device until you sign out; use sign-out on shared devices. Settings → Account options lets you export your data or permanently delete the account, activity, conversion-rate history, tasks and imported history. Service-provider backups or security logs may be retained under provider policies.
