Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Balance account and saved activity from the website or Android app.

1. Open Balance and sign in.
2. Open Settings → Account options → Delete account.
3. Confirm your Google sign-in or email password, then choose Delete permanently.

This deletes your profile, targets, conversion rates, exercise logs, tasks and imported history, virtual coin balance, saved finance blueprint and readiness answers, and Firebase sign-in account. Submitted blueprint requests are separate records; see the S7 privacy policy. Deletion cannot be undone. You can export your data before deletion.

Unable To Sign In?

Use Forgot password with your account email. If you still cannot access your account, send a deletion request from the registered email to simplified.seven7@gmail.com, subject “Balance account deletion”. Do not send your password. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting data.

Service providers may retain security logs or backups under their own retention policies. Balance does not keep deleted profiles or activity in its active database.
