S7 sign-in selects this device’s account workspace. Notes, photos and history stay in this browser, never sent to cloud or AI. Signing in elsewhere does not sync records. Clearing browser data removes records. Backups are readable, not encrypted.

Dates use your device timezone. Annual occasions remain overdue for 30 days, unless marked done. Reminders appear while open. Calendar export is optional; your chosen calendar controls its alerts. No closed-app notifications.

Earlier guest records stay separate. After sign-in you can export them and choose whether to import them. Nothing moves or is deleted automatically. Photos are resized before saving; backups include photos and the latest 5,000 activity entries.
